Allen Browning

Family Services Manager

Allen has a varied background in nonprofit management and volunteer direction.  He holds a B.S. in Music Management from the University of Evansville and a M.A. in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University. His experience working in volunteer management and development at an HIV/AIDS clinic gave Allen the passion to help patients and their families in times of crisis as well as helping others fulfill their desire to give back through volunteer service.  His education and experience brings both compassion and understanding for our families and energy and new ideas for our programs.

Fabian's broad range of skills makes him the go-to person to keep Brent's Place running smoothly and in accordance with our "Safe-Clean" environment standards.  His personal and professional experience make him uniquely suited for the work of supporting Brent's Place families with compassion, showing that he knows what they are going through.

Rachel Wool

Community Outreach Coordinator

Rachel was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, but has lived in Denver for the past 6 years. A graduate of the University of Denver, Rachel received a degree in Literature with a concentration in Yiddish Folk.  After graduation - and, after Rachel realized that the ability to read Yiddish Literature in it's native form was not a prerequisite most employers were looking for - she began her career in the non-profit sector focusing on volunteer management and outreach.  After a personal experience with cancer and bone marrow transplant, her background in non-profits, management and personal life all blended to make Brent's Place the perfect place to be.

 Mary Kamau

Overnight Monitor

Emily Roembach-Clark

Programs Coordinator

Emily Roembach-Clark began volunteering at Brent's Place in 2009 when her interest in medicine and community support for kids was sparked after caring for a spectacular little girl diagnosed with cancer. After volunteering and being a summer intern, Emily is thrilled to be part of the Brent's Place team now as a part-time employee. She has a degree in psychology from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, and is currently completing pre-medical coursework at University of Colorado. She is: fascinated by neuropsychology, a horseback rider planning a cross-country riding trip through Iceland, an amateur photographer, and a book-a-holic.
